This is a series of 16 talks covering the Apostle Paul who has often been considered a controversial character. Some writers have suggested that on certain doctrines he changed his mind. Other claim that as Paul grew older he developed his theology and changed some of his teachings.
“One good reason why Christianity was triumphant was that it found in Saul of Tarsus, later St. Paul, a missionary of genius … Though himself a Jew, Paul took this new and startling religion out of Judaism into the world of the Gentiles,” wrote the novelist J B Priestley.
But what do we know about this man Saul, who became Paul? This videos deal with the life and work of the only person the New Testament calls “The Apostle to the Gentiles.”
As well as covering all his life (from Tarsus, to Jerusalem, to Antioch and eventually on to Rome), this book also covers all his teaching from his two-fold commission in Acts (to go to the Gentiles as well as Jews) to his final commission relating to the Body of Christ, where there is neither Jew nor Gentile.
